Shipment Upgrade Notice
We've put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. So lately we've upgraded our shipping system to provide better service: we managed to shorten the shipping time!
From October 1, 2019, customers can enjoy FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders. Upgrade for EXPRESS SHIPPING available as well.
All packages have specific tracking information.
You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
Once the items are ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your parcel has been dispatched. The e-mail includes a link to the shipping company website. From there on, you will be able to track the status of your order.
How long will it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-20 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.
When will I receive tracking information?
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!
US orders usually take between 7-14 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.
Worldwide orders take 15-28 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Duties & Taxes
Most products are subject to the payment of import duties (e.g. in the U.S.) or other duties, and other charges including value-added tax (VAT) or other taxes. If these are applicable, they will be levied and determined when the shipment is processed by the applicable customs agency in your country. All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your (and not our or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered.
Payment of the above-referred duties, charges and taxes are not our (or the product manufacturer's or supplier's) responsibility.We shall not be responsible for any shipping or customs delay since this is outside our control.
Returns & ExchangesAt ZCRAVE customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping.
Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
7 Day Returns Warranty
Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Customer care.
All valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
Final Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.

Go to Customer care and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number.For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Changing or canceling orders
You can cancel your purchase, if your order has yet not been proceed. Please e-mail us immediately, our Customer Services Team will happily assist you.
Additional notes about Warranty
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused / unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on intimates, swimwear and lingerie items or discounted items, unless a customer received a wrong item or the item was faulty.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours.
