We do our best to ship on time, every time. When choosing express or international shipping, please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier. On some occasions, your package may arrive outside the expected window.

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags. Sale items marked final are non-returnable.

Can I exchange an item?

Complimentary Returns
For our U.S. clientele, return shipping is on us for exchanges or store credit within 30 days.
MADE-TO-ORDER (MTO) STYLE
This item is produced upon purchase.
Please allow 3–5 additional business days for processing before shipment.
As each piece is specially crafted, all MTO styles are final sale and not eligible for refund.
Final Sale Items
Styles marked as “FINAL SALE” custom orders, or pieces purchased at 80% off or more, are ineligible for return or exchange—these treasures are yours alone.
Special orders
Special orders of three or more in a single style, or purchases above $5,000, are considered bespoke and are final sale.
Promotional Adjustments
If a return causes your total to fall below a promotional threshold, your refund will reflect the adjustment.
