Final Sale
[] Styles marked as “FINAL SALE” custom orders, or pieces purchased at 80% off or more, are ineligible for return or exchange—these treasures are yours alone.
[] Special orders of three or more in a single style, or purchases above $5,000, are considered bespoke and are final sale.
The Art of Return
[] All returns must be in unworn, unwashed, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
[] Returns showing signs of wear, commercial use, or not meeting these standards may be respectfully declined at our discretion.
[] A 10% restocking fee and $15 return shipping will be deducted from all refunds.
[] Should returns exceed $2,500 in a 12-month period, or $1,000 and 60% of your purchases in 6 months, we may curate a modified return experience or restrict further returns.
Address Discrepancies Shipments refused or returned due to address errors are subject to a 30% restocking fee; shipping is non-refundable.
Order Cancellations You may request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not entered processing. Please reach out to our Client Care team immediately for assistance.
