Standard shipping inside the United States is free on every order, with no minimum. How quickly a piece arrives depends on which of our locations it ships from, and your cart shows that before you pay.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse. Anything placed after 12pm ET begins processing the next business day, and after 12pm ET on a Friday, on the Monday.

Delivery estimates for express and international come from the carrier and are not guaranteed. If something is missing, or a shipment has not arrived, tell us within 30 days of the ship date.

Traceable shipping options carry a tracking link. Sign in, open Order History, choose the order, and the link sits beneath each item. A new tracking number can take up to 48 hours to start showing movement, which is the carrier catching up rather than a problem.

Duties and taxes on international orders are prepaid at checkout, so nothing is owed when the parcel reaches you. They are set by your own customs authority and are not refundable. International orders ship as a single parcel and are not eligible for Express.
