Use of artificial intelligence
Some of what you see here, whether a photograph, a film or a written description, has been made or finished with the help of artificial intelligence. We say so plainly, because you are entitled to know what you are looking at before you buy from it.
Where we use it
We use these tools for presentation, not for invention. An image may be cleaned, retouched, extended, relit or on occasion generated so that a garment reads clearly on a screen. Written description may be drafted or tightened the same way. All of it passes a person here before it is published.
What it never changes
The garment itself. Colour, cloth, construction, cut and the way a piece is meant to be worn are shown as they truly are. We do not use these tools to make a fabric look richer than it is, a colour truer, a fit different, or to suggest a detail the garment does not carry.
The AI mark
Where an image has been generated or materially edited with these tools, it carries an AI mark. The mark tells you how the image was made. It does not mean anything about the garment is different from what is described.
Oversight, and putting it right
A person here is accountable for everything published under our name. If you believe an image or a description misrepresents a piece you have received, tell client services. We will correct the page and put your order right.
