Once shipped, all liability passes to the customer. We are not liable for delays due to holidays or logistics partners.
SHIPPING & INSURANCE
ZCRAVE may ship from multiple locations. For secure delivery, we recommend adding shipping insurance during checkout. Complaints of non-receipt must be reported within 90 days of the shipping date.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Items marked as final sale or made-to-order are not eligible for refunds.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Currency conversions on the Site are estimates. Banks may apply additional fees.
